I have a question to all can any1 please answer me.
I am an international student here at university, done first semister frm Uni with av. 63 score. On 13th of Oct ukba stop me at Gatwick airport and found I did extra work. I was doing taxi, got license frm tfl. 1 of my company member said them my working history. It's only 2 or 3 weeks extra work as I just came frm holiday. However they took me detention centre after cut my visa and release me 20th of Oct with sign. They said if I can prove I ll get back my visa. I got a statement frm my company operational manager where he said like-
S is a driver of Parker cars, commencing week he has done 26journey on board time 8hr11min. This work did not cross in terms of his visa conditions. I already applied for Jr. Du think Jr result will come in my favour? What u r suggestion for me regarding this case? N how long Jr does take? till today its gonna 8weeks running but i have not got any update of JR paper hearing?
Plz response me if u have any idea and tanks in advanced

I'm not a lawyer but I think you had a strong case to go for administrative review instead of JR, JR can be a lengthy process, you had enough proof to submit and HO may had considered there decision.

I agree, that you should have explored the admin review option, and then go for JR. A

Do you have payslips for this period of employment, showing the hours worked and the amount of payment made?

No working as a taxi driver doesn't come any payslip. The enforcement officers only ask for working time and he fund I did extra hour by asking my company operator over the phone. However some ppls said ukba officer only allowed temporary release to them who has strong background and they couldn't keep more days in detain. In addition I seen 2 my frnd Jr case, they got refused within a month of JR paper hearing and other few case of JR seen after 2month ukba asked 4 withdraw JR and they will reconsider. Now my question do you think I might get any positive response from court or ukba?
And does it means good as they said "you r the person where there is a reasonable suspension that may b liable to rmv u from UK" while my first is96 were "you r the person without leave and liable to rmv u from uk".

Difficult to read your post when it is written in text speak. As a student I assume you won't have a problem with writing in plain English?
If you're not issued with payslips, have you been working on a self-employed basis

Dear all respectable members
I would like to know if an international student in UK work as a minicab driver then what would be his working hours?
For an example- he login to PDA at 5pm from home got 1st job at 8pm. Then he back to home at 12am. After back he just switch book off and stay home whole night. However in morning at 6am the PDA get log off automatically.
Now my question what would b working time.
The login and logoff time or driving time?
Please give me a reasonable logic of any answer.
