Ceremony fees for child above 18 during application

Hi All,

I had applied for myself, my wife and my son's JCAP process. I have today received a letter saying that my son's application is successful but he has turned 18 during the process so he will have to pay the ceremony fees of 80 GBP.

They have enclosed a payment slip and said that it needs to be filled and send ONLY in the enclosed envelope else there will be delay in application processing. However, there is no envelope that was enclosed. There is no address on the payment slip as well.

Please guide me how can I send the payment without having received any return envelope, which was mentioned.
