TOEIC Deception

Hello everyone
Let me introduce myself, I am from Thailand and have been living here since 2011 as a student.
I then got married in 2015 and swithed my visa from tier4 to spouse visa. My second Flr(m) was refused last week a a premium service centre.
The HO accused me of using deception on my tier4 visa because I use Toeic to support my tier4 before.
However, in my previous application I use Ielts with a score band 7 in speaking and 7 in writing to support my first spousal visa applied within the UK.
I have been married for 2.5 years and has never worked because my husband give me my allowance every month.
My husband is English and has a child who lives primalily with his mother and he earns 10 times beyound the minimum threshold requirement and his son is fincancially depends on him till he is 18.
Now I contacted a solicitor to file an appleal agaist HO decisions, but the HO stated on the refusal letter that they have been confirmed from ETS that my toeic certificat was used nearly 5 year ago is now invalid and they satify that I use deception!!
I am very stresss right now and don’t know what to do. Does anyone know that I am covered on the article8 for the private family life/ do I have any chance to win in the FT court?
Please help me I have 10 days to file the appleal.
Any sugesstions would be highly appreciated.
