Hi
My husband currently holding refugee status in uk. He got a travel document which expires in may 2018. Then he need apply for the ilr.
Also he need to sponsor me . Can we apply for a spouse visa in next month?
Are there any rules regarding this? I'm confused biz his visa expire date is near.
Please can anyone help me? Admin please help me.
