Company Accounts Dormant but Amendment filled

Hi All,

My query is regarding company accounts dormant. I applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and got refused went into appeal and got the visa after 1.5 year. But for first year my accountant made the company accounts dormant but my application was still in progress. The amendment accounts were filled after a year later for the account which were made dormant.
The current appointment report is showing that the company made the dormant accounts.

My question is will there be any problem during the extension application or not ?

Did you become a director of an ACTIVE company within 6 months of getting the visa ?

I was already the director of the company when the company was made dormant. but the amendment were filed later on in the year for the company which was made dormant.

Well this is what the rules say:

a printout of a Current Appointment Report, listing you as a director of a company or
member of a limited liability partnership. This evidence must show the date of your
appointment as a director of a company, or member of a partnership, and the
business must have been actively trading at the time of your appointment

I asked an accountant about this case,
When someone forms a company, he has to appoint a director at the same time of formation (online process), and if someone chooses the dormant company -SIC code of dormant company-SIC 99999, or non-trading company-SIC 74990, this is a problem, but if he does not use those two SIC, it is fine

At the time of appointment means at the time you are forming the company and appoint the director online.

After that if the company becomes dormant, that means no significant transactions has been made. But it was not dormant at the time of application.
