Hi! I am about to renew my spouse visa. I arrived in the UK August 14, 2015. The 30th month of my visa since I arrived in the UK is on February 14, 2018, am I correct to say that I can apply 28 days earlier before my 30th month? as I have read in the forums that the renewal should be in the 30th month of your visa, not the 33rd. Also, do I have to prepare 2 separate folders for my application? One of the original documents and the other of the photocopies? And what are the other supporting documents I should provide like how many cohabitation documents, etc etc. if someone could provide me a checklist, please? Do I still need a Sponsorship undertaking form from my sponsor? When I applied for my visa my sponsor was a resident, and now he is already a British citizen, so I should provide his original British passport or just the copy and/or should I include his old non-British passport as well since it is whats on my first application?
