Tier 1 Initial Application Interviews

I have been reading posts for a few months now and thought I should make my first post.

I was wondering what everyone's experiences have been for their initial interviews?

Was it all done over the phone?
Did you have to Skype?
Were you asked to come in for an interview (if so, what were your conditions)?
What was your outcome or are you still waiting?
Did you get all 95 points?
Was the interviewer helpful or difficult?
Did you have an interpreter?
Were you nervous?
What would you have done differently?

I will tally the results into this post whenever someone posts an answer. Hopefully this will be interesting/useful for anyone going for an interview.

I'm primarily interested to see how much the interview affects your chances of success and what factors seem to cause the most problems.
