Travel to Bangladesh on convention travel document

Hello guys

I’m refugee in UK and l have Convention travel document I’m originally from Iraq
I’m planning to go to Bangladesh to do my professional qualification as it’s cheaper there
Do l need visa to visit Bangladesh and if yes what do l need to get a visa?
I tried to call the embassy 100 times today but no chance of any response
