ILR eligibility?

Post by Afi » Tue Dec 05, 2017 11:02 am

Hi,

Will you please advice me if I can still make an application for ILR in March 2018?

I came in England as student dependant of my wife in March 2008, my son was born in 2009.

We kept renewing our visas as student and dependants till 2015 and then my wife applied ilr before 10years completion due to revocation of college, we been refused with right of appeal, whilst during the appeal my wife withdraw her case and apply same day service for ilr which was granted in September 2016 and then my wife withdraw our son appeal and applied his British passport which was granted.

My appeal was heard in September this year which was successful and today I received my brp with 30minths visa on base of flr (fp) and letter of Home office shows I have to wait 10 years to apply ilr.

My question is if I can still ignore their letter and just can straight away go to one day window service for ilr on my 10years completions in March 2018 as I was legally working and extending my visas within time?

Any help and advice will be much appreciated

Kind regards

Afi
