Date on Director's Loan Agreement (Tier 1 visa Extension)

Dear Gurus,

Can you kindly confirm what should be the date of Director's loan agreement as I have started transfer director's loan prior getting my initial tier 1 visa ( i.e during the process time of visa application of tier-1)?
Therefore, do I need to put date just before the transfer of first loan amount (no matter it is before approval of tier-1 visa) or is it necessary to prepare and put £50k after getting tier-1 visa and also dated loan agreement after initial visa approval date?

The date of the DL has nothing to do with your immigration stays or application. Discuss with your accountant and date it as needed.
