Changing business address while application is in process

Hello ,

i ve lodged an application for tier1 ent few months back today i ve received an email from my landlord that he will not renew my rent contract which is for 1 year and i ve to leave the premises my question is that can we change the business address and inform home office about new address while application is in process?

Interesting question. If your landlord will not renew you really don't have an option but to move - do you?
You don't have to inform HO about the change in business address but there is no harm in doing so either.

Yes incase home office come to my premises for an interview how they will come to know about my new office address?


i will update on house of companies website my new address and to hmrc as well

They will not come before contacting you. Even if they do they will contact you when they don't find you there

Hi All ,

I have been a silent reader of this forum, My business activity has gone really low since i filled extension application i had a contract with 1 of the leading telecom companies which they stopped cos of my immigration status ,

On the other hand in Jan some one did a fraud on my bank account which put me a step down from my business activities as two of the major clients invoices were not paid to me cos of the bank account issue
does it will impact my application which is currently in progressss


Mention that i have my company profit in 3 years & i have paid £30-40K in taxes and VAT but right now i am sturggling to get my business back on track cos of mulitpule issues i ve two staff working i have issued their p45 and they are not working anymore to my company cos of this issue

You haven't really been a "silent reader".

Continuing your thread here - these things on its own should not have an impact on your application.
