Have HSMP Approval, Planning to do EC.

I got the HSMP Approval on December. I am planning to EC now (On March). i have few doubts:

1. WIll they accept the EC application form now(on March 2008)?
2. If i apply after march, which application form i have to use? Also, to whom/which address i have to send it?

Any inputs will be helpful.
