Anyone with British Children Applied FLRM ?

Post by zzzindagi » Wed Dec 06, 2017 4:44 am

Hi Guys,

Has anyone who has British Children applied for FLRM visa for Partner. I want to ask how did you fill up the Children section on form. Did you supply any other document than Birth Certificate?

The following paragraph on Page 64 is very confusing. It clearly asks for the Passport/Citizenship status for the Children even if they are not included in the application.

If you have dependent children under the age of 18 in the UK (or children who are over 18
and who have already been granted leave in this category as your dependent), you must
provide the documents listed below for each child, in addition to those already listed above,
even if they are not included in the application:
• Passports/travel documents to confirm your child’s immigration, settlement or citizenship
status.

• Biometric residence permit if your child has been issued with one since entering the UK

Many Thanks
ZR
