HOW TO GET PASSPORT Back from UKBA

Hello,

In 2013, I unsuccessfully applied for an EEA family visa. When my application was refused I was detained at Colnbrook Heathrow IRC and I returned to Pakistan via the Home Office's Charter Flight dated 19-09-2017 to Islamabad.

At the time I spoke to one of your Immigration officers who confirmed that when I landed in Islamabad, my passport would be returned to me. Unfortunately I have not received my Passport as promised when arriving back at Islamabad Airport - Pakistan.

Kindly please help me How i can get my Passport back, which is very important for me. Thank you
