Pls wat does this mean?

I and my partner have bn signing at the reporting centre once every month for3yrs plus now.we have a 7yr and a 5momth old son lately our reporting at London bridge was changed from once every month to once every year pls wat does this mean?
Prior to this we got a 3 month notice that any thing can happen or make a fresh application but no money at the moment as it's too much but am believing God for a miracle .we don't want to make the application now as our boy is not 10 yet according to the new rule.
Pls way is happening?
