I got married in pakistan and submitted papers for wifes visa but before she got reply she had a baby. Can i apply for baby to get british passport and whats the procedure. Ie: how long does it take? Please help thanks

What was your UK immigration status on the date of the birth of the child?

Are you a British citizen or do you have leave to remain in the UK?

Certificate of entitlement to a right of abode is a much quicker option if you are a British citizen otherwise than by descent.
