Tier2 general Out of Country- UK PCC - Urgent

Dear Friends, I need help and advice. I have applied for the Tier 2 general visa from India, i have submitted Police clearence from India. As i lived in UK for 5 years from 2012-2017, i have been asked to submit Police clearence from UK as well. Can you please help on the process to get a PCC. I am currently in INDIA.
