Employee Starter date

Post by rr1244841 » Fri Dec 08, 2017 1:48 pm

Dear Gurus,

I am applying for my Tier-1 visa extension. I have included last 12 months FPS and payslips etc for the employees, I am going to claim points for.

As they have started working for my company for more than one year but I am only sending payslips and FPS for last 12 months to keep the documents simple and to the point as suggested by all the members of this forum.

My questions is, do I need to send old specific FPS which is prior 12 months just to show starter date of the employees and if yes then do I need to only provide FPS for those specific months and last 12 months for which I am claiming points or all the FPS from their starter date?

or there is no need to provide old FPS?

Many thanks

You need to provide the FPS that has the start date.

The new amendments published has changed that requirement slightly, but that is only effective next year anyway.

Thanks, Marcnath... you mean one old FPS with starting date and recent 12 months FPS and no FPS in between will be fine?
