settlement via for husband

hi everyone, its my first time here, i have some questions regarding my husbands application and i would love for someone to help me

I applied for a settlemnt visa for my husband, the application wasmade in nigeria, its been over 60 days now, i called few days ago and i was told that a decision has been made and that he will get an email so, not long after, i got all the document in uk.

i dont undersand why i got the document as it was sent form nigeria, can any1 please help me with this. thak you
