EEA2 visa's after Brexit

Hi, I am EEA Citizen married to non-EEA wife. She came to uk in 2010 as student and we got married in 2014. However she got her residence card this year (2017) due to rejection of visa and appeal process. I want to find out :-

1. how long its going to take her to get her permanent residence?
2. Is that from the date of marriage or visa ?
3. How do i get settled status after brexit?
4. If i get settled status it means she is going to get the same status?
