Absence Limits Reinstated for PBS Dependents

Hi

Does this means that any absence after a successful EC/LTR application as PBS dependent after Jan 18 will restrict PBS migrant to maintain continuous leave but any number of absence before this date will be disregarded?

Only absences from 11 January 2018 may be affected.
