Permanent residence for a Romanian with a working yellow card

Hello
I’m new here but I hope I’ll find a solution on my problem. I have 5 years in Uk and I want to apply for PR. I have yellow card from September 2013. I opened my business like self employed in July 2012. I have all the self assessment just on one year exactly 2013-2014 total income is 0. And minus personal allowance is £9440. I tried to make assessment update and they told me few days ago on phone that is updated and is not a problem coz is 0 when I’ll apply for PR. I want to ask you if is any chance to have problems. All the rest of Year’s I had up to £5000 income. And I always paid on time the Nino. If anyone plss can help me with any advice .. thank you
