Passport to cover last 5 years?

Post by ribena » Sun Dec 10, 2017 5:54 pm

Good evening everyone,

I hope someone could advise me on the passport requirement.
The date I acquired PR (Non- EEA) is on 10th Jan 2017. I have the appointment on 12 Jan 2018.

I have booked the NCS & JCAP service and I received an email with the following statement:

Passport/Travel Document to cover past 5 years (if passport or travel document does not cover past 5 years you will require alternative evidence, see below)
Confirmation of Indefinite Leave to Remain (held for 12 months or more) or Permanent Residence card if you are an EEA National (held for 12 months or more).

My current passport validity is from 17 Feb 2015 to 28 June 2020. I will definitely take this current passport with me. My question is, do I need to bring my previous 2 expired passports with me (they have the expired EEA FP & RC). Or do I need to take last 5 years P60 with me as well; because I need to prove from Jan 2013 to Jan 2017?

I did ask the council if I need to bring the P60s but she said no, based on the above (got me confused slightly)

All she said to me was to bring the following:
1. Passport(s?)
2. 3 Photos
3. Form AN & Passport form
4. Fee forms
5. Trinity college cert
6. Life in the UK cert

Can someone please help to clarify / advise?

Thanks!
