HSMP EC

I applied for HSMP in March 07 and got approval after 9 months of delay in Dec07. Applied for EC in Feb 08 and got refused for stupid reasons. The reason for refusal is Why Work permit took 9 months for approval. They rejected by saying my documentation might not be right when I applied for HSMP. They were unable to find evidence. Still refused my EC. Now, I am going for appeal. How much time it usually to get it from appeal? My case is strong on my side.
