For FLR(M) spouse visa extension I have following questions,
1) Company financial year ends on May 17 and visa application needs to be posted on Oct 17. We will be relying on Salary and if the company is in profit then we may use dividend vouchers. Dividends may well be transferred to personal account after May 2017. In that case, Dividends will be considered income for the financial year ended May 2017 Or next financial year?
2) Do we need A2 as English Test? Can this be done now if there is no validity date for the A2 certificate?
3) For myself or spouse is there a restriction of absences from the UK?
