Uncertain, maintenance for my dependents applying for Tier 2 dependents separately

Hi all,

I am on Tier 2 General visa and is valid till September 2020. I am planning to bring my spouse and son to UK in 2018. Is it mandatory to prove English abilities or to have a NARIC certificate for Tier 2 Dependants according to latest guidelines?

My spouse has done B.Tech in English Medium from India. She has three years of work experience as well.

The maintenance requirement for dependents was endorsed in my Sponsorship certificate. The sponsor is A-rated. Also, they have issued me a separate certificate assuring the maintenance of the dependents after their arrival to UK. In this regard, is it necessary to show/submit a bank statement for three months?

What are the documents need to be submitted to support Tier 2 Dependent Visa Application?
