Timing (5 years)

Post by Dante_A » Tue Dec 12, 2017 11:50 am

Hello,
I have completed the application for PR (mix of employment + self-sufficiency), paid the fee and... realised that... I am missing 3 weeks or so, from the 5 years of continuous residency.

Now, obviously - by the time they receive the application, and anyone reviews it, I will have lived for over 5 years (I am still here!). Also, if you round up the months when I started/finished each employment, I will also have exercised my EU rights for 5 years.

The question is: will my application be automatically rejected (because at the time of the timestamp on top of the application, I did not fulfil the criteria, if we calculate all dates day by day), or will they analysed it as of the date the decision is made (or just rounded up all months)?

Yes, I know that I should have just waited a month and forget about the worries, but since I have already paid there aren't many options left...

Thank you for your help/thoughts!
