photo copy of your Long Form Civil Birth Certificate .

Hi

Is this "photo copy of your Long Form Civil Birth Certificate" as described in the form 8 (ver 5.5) [below section 2 ] required for everybody ? The only birth proof is my passport but I dont have this "long form civil birth certificate". I am applying for naturalisation via the 5yr stay rule for EU citizens.
