Tier 2 Dependent job opportunities

Hi All,
My wife came to the UK as my dependent. she hold a bachelor degree in Pharmacy from a university in Egypt.
Her certificate was recognised by UKVI as comparable to a UK bachelor degree in pharmacy. Hence, she was able to get her tier 2 visa based on that.
As a pharmacy graduate, is she able to work here as a pharmacist? or she've to study here first??
