I am little confsed.. I am currently on IGS and want to apply for HSMP:
My age at the time of application will be 27 years and 4 months. Could someone tell me how many points i will gain if:

I will make application within UK.
I will make application outside UK (from Pakistan).

Whether u apply from Uk or out side UK u will get 20 Points. U should be under 28.
