Delayed Joining Date not updated in SMS system

Hello All,

I changed my sponsor un August/2017 and now I am due to ILR on Jan/2018. Recently UKVI audit happened and they raised some issues in the SMS management and updates. One of them is about updating SMS system, when there is a change in joining for the one mentioned in COS. My joining date was delayed by around one month, as I need to travel to India for some personal emergencies, so I once my visa was stamped, I travelled to India and joined company one month late.

1. Will this be an issue to my employer for lisence and as well as me when I make my ILR application?

2. Can anyone please suggest a solution about this and possible explanation for my employer regarding not updating in SMS system?
