Same day premium service for Main Applicant and Postal Application for spouse

Hi moderators , my tier 2 general 5 year completion is in 28th May 2018 . But we still have the visa till 24th June 2018.

Can anyone give me, some guidance about this questions please?

1) Can I apply my ILR application before 28th of May 2018? (with in 28days is possible. please need a confirmation)
2) Can I apply my ILR application as Same day premium service and (once my one got approved ) apply my spouse one as normal postal service?
3) If my ILR application not got decided in the same day and Home office hold that for further verification (Afraid it takes too long), during that time can I file my spouse application with my application reference number?
4) Is there a maintenance fees, do we need to show in the application?

Yes,you can apply within 28 days completing 5 years.

You can apply on/after Monday, 30 April 2018

Yes, you can apply for your spouse later.

I am not entirely sure on this. I assume you could apply for your spouse but obvisouly it would be put hold while yours being processed.

4) Is there a maintenance fees, do we need to show in the application?

No. You need few docs

• Employer letter confirming SOC code ,salary and you'll be required for forseeable future

• 3 months bank statements (should not be dated more than one month from date of application)

• 3 months pay slip ((should not be dated more than one month from date of application)

• Life in the UK TEST

• English requirement etc
