Is previous visa refusal is having any impact on ireland visa

Post by dhruvatar » Thu Dec 14, 2017 3:43 pm

I was rejected 2 times for German job seeker visa saying lack off "funding, motivation, purpose and preparation" But immediately I got an offer from Ireland. Is my German visa refusal is going to have any impact on current Ireland visa? :? :(

Ireland is not part of the schengen area and therefore they have no access to the VIS database.
Only data about crime, national security and so on get shared.

If you have a job offer motivation cannot be a problem.
I guess you don't have to work for free. Funding cannot be a problem too.

Don’t let this stop you from trying to apply in Ireland. Previous refusals don’t alway automatically put you at a poor outcome.

Because you’re applying for the same type visa in Ireland (as you did in Germany) make sure you fulfil the visa conditions in Ireland. In other words try to rectify each of the refused reasons in Germany as it will most likely strengthen your new application. Similarly whilst there are variations from country to country, within the EU Economic Area, there’s every chance that Ireland’s employment visa has similarities to the one in Germany.

Yes mgb, Iam having an excellent offer and iam thinking "purpose, motivation and funding" all are serving with that only. Only left is "Preparation" which is German languge for GJSV that is not at all required for ireland.

Thanq once again, By Going through some reviewes i got confused but this blog supported me lot.
