Using existing business to apply for Entrepreneur visa

Hi,

I have a business here in the UK. The company was incorporated 2 years ago and I'm the director. Can I use the company to apply for Entrepreneur visa?

I'm on the 10 year route as a partner, and I still have around 7 years to be able to apply for ILR. can I switch from this visa? Would ypu recommend this step?

You are not under PBS system to switch. Also you cannot apply for initial Tier 1E visa within the UK from family route
