ICT Tier2 after 5 years

Hi All,

I am completing my 5 years of ICT Tier 2 visa by this month end and I am going back to india as per Visa norms. I know that i can not enter within 1 year cooling off period

Will it be allowed to come with business Visa in the 1 year cooling period. If so will it effect my Visa application for my ICT Longterm application after a year ?

The cool off period only stops you coming back to UK on t2 visa. You still can enter in the UK in different cateogry e.g. Visit Visa , Business, T1 Ent
