My wife and I applied for a spouse settlement visa back in February and we were refused on a couple of minor points such as my immigration status even though im British born and bred . We received a tribunal date of December 20. On November 17 we got an email stating that the refusal had been overturned due to us satisfactorily proving the refusal points and withdrawing the tribunal. Finally this Saturday we got an email saying that they were ready to issue the visa subject to us paying the IHS. My question is how do I go about getting a refund for the tribunal as they withdrew it not us?
Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year
