Quick Question regarding FLR-M

Post by debrancherenzym » Mon Dec 18, 2017 6:01 pm

Evening people,

I’ve got my premium appointment booked this friday and have everything sorted. Just one question regarding tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement is under my wife’s name (sponsor) but council tax bills and other letters both show myself living there. Also every letter from my work or other correspondence has been to the address we live in currently. Would that be okay if the agreement is in my wife’s name?

Thanks

Is the tenancy with a private landlord or the local authority (Council).

In which case, are they aware you are living in the property? It may be wise to have written permission for you to live there.

Council tax is in both our names and water bill as well. I will try to contact the people we lease from just in case, but don’t know how quick they can produce the letter, if I can’t get it in time is there an alternative? Bank statements are joint and show the rent going out as well

Any one? Any help would be appreciated.

Also my daughter was born last year in May 2016, and I have the original birth certificate with me, we haven’t yet got a passport for her as there has been no requirement. Would the birth certificate be enough?
