It only impacts job creation.Saeedjansaeed wrote: ↑Mon Dec 18, 2017 6:51 pmRespected Members
Can someone please explain "Transition Arrangements" and how it effects the applications before and after the date in apr 2014.
Many Thanks
Reference to transitional arrangements can be found in the Tier 1 Entrepreneur guidance. It covers the requirements for both extension and settlement (which are the same as far as job creation is concerned).rajbhanu300 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 19, 2017 5:00 pmHi miumiuuk,
I searched in set(O) form but haven't found anything regarding transitional arrangements which are there in tier 1 extension application nor did i found anything regarding ILR after april 2019? Could you please provide official link to your above statement.

Assuming the full time job has existed for 12 months, you will meet the job creation requirements pre or post April. You don't need the transitional arrangements.rajbhanu300 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 20, 2017 6:48 pmThanks Marcnath and Miumiuuk for your quick response.Just want to know if i have 2 employees doing the same job(Parallel) for 12 months part-time(i.e 24 months part-time) and one employee doing other job full time, will that satisfy the requirement of 2 full time equivalent job creation.I am pre april 2014 applicant and plan to apply for ILR in April 2019 or May 2019?
Thanks in advance
