Can I apply for PR card with an expired EU passport and a valid NON EU (birth country) as I have a dual citizenship, but they are both under my old name as I can't change them in my countries ? I have changed my name trough Deed Poll and had all the surgeries and been living here more than 7 years (4 under my new name) ? Help please.
