ILR Tier 2 Absence Supporting Docs

Post by Doune » Tue Dec 19, 2017 5:30 pm

Hi

I will be submitting my ILR application shortly. My employer has provided me with the letter confirming all absences from the UK were approved, etc. and I am well within the 180 day limit however one of my absences was spent working from outside the UK as I was assisting with a family emergency. I continued working as normal, just remotely through the laptop and was paid as normal during this period. As the time was not over what I am allowed, is the employer letter sufficient or would further documentation be required, e.g. doctor slip or similar from the respective family member?

Thank you.

The letter should be sufficient
