I currently have a fix term (the term is the same as my current T2 visa validat period) contract with my company which is not meet the extend as an "experienced worker” requirement. However, due to the nature of my current contract, the compnay aggreed to promote me and raise the salary in the new contract (if the visa extension is successful) which means the new salary in the CoS is meet the requirement but my current salary is not. Will that be any problem of extension?
Backgroud: I will work for the same employer and the same job (code) but with a rising in salary and pomotion in job title.
Many thanks in advance if anyone had the same experience or can give some advise.
