Good Evening,
I have been living in UK lawfully from january 21 , 2008. No gaps and no issue so far, currently my tier1 entrepreneur visa has been rejected in august 2017 and i have got appeal rights and have appealed and my hearing date is on july 2018.
My question is when i am eligible to apply for 10 years long residency, 28 days before or to be in safe side after 10 years.
Your suggestion will be very helpful.
