Hi all,
My brother is sponsoring my family for a visit visa.In his joint account in Halifax, UK , he deposited some large amount of money like from 2k/3k from another account.Some of them also in cash through bank.
Does he need to explain from where the deposit come or is it alright though the bank statement?

£2K is not a big amount. Its better to provide the source just in case they pick this as for refusal. I see from your previous posts yours family visa is refused.
Have you fulfilled the requirement as per ther refusal letter?

Thank Makky86.I'm gonna provide the bank statements from where I transferred the money to my saving accounts.Those accounts are also in my name.The problem is that my wife took some loan and credited it to the currents account.Then I transferred the money to the savings account.
Would it be a problem to show that the money comes from borrowing?

Personally I don't think so it would be issue but ideally you should not take loan and deposit to the account which you'd show to sponsor someone.

Hi dear ...That is why thinking.It was taken as a personal loan in September.Now it's December.The loan was given in Current account ''A'' and I transferred it later in Saving account''B''.
Is it also an issue if someone transferred money 3 k and do I need to explain it...Because it's all done in bank transaction, not in cash...
Do you think, it's good to explain a large number of transfers along with the bank loan by my wife?
