Admin review questions

Hi all,

I wanted to know a few things about admin reviews.

1. For an admin review will I get a decision within 28 calendar days or working days?

2. If the decision is positive how long will it take for me to get my visa?

3. Does the home office sometimes reply before the 28 days?
