BRP card not returned - Priority Postal PBS dependent App

Hi I applied for PBS dependent application for my newborn daughter on 6 December. Our decision was successfully made on 13 Dec and we received partial documents back on 19 dec including BRP for my daughter.

BUT, my and my wife's BRP card was missing from the package.

Has any of you faced same problem? Whatbis the best way to get those back. The problemmis time sensitive as I have tickets booked to travel on 2 Jan with family.

Any help/advice on getting documents back will be great. Thanks
