FLR(M) - Accommodation query ??

Hi ,

I am a British Citizen and my wife whose spouse visa extension application need to be submitted very soon . I will be happy if anyone could help me regarding following questions :

1. We shared house with my friends and his wife . The house registered owners are my friend, his wife and his wife's friend who don't stay on that house. We are planning to submit Land Registry ( Title Register downloaded one) and letter saying we live on their house paying certain amount. My question is , as there 3 owners, do they all have to write separate letters ? or will it be ok if my friend only write a letter ?

2. Will P45, mobile bill, RAC break down cover, DHL letter (VAT Charge) also work for correspondence address?

Any advice will be highly appreciated?
