Tier 1 200k visa within UK

Please help!

I am on tier 4 dependant visa(my wife is pursuing PhD). I am currently thinking to start my own business in the UK with 200k investment. I have some questions and need help with it.

Can I invest 200k within UK and apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa?
My Business partner is in India and his half investment (100k) is in my account, is that legit?
Can I apply from within UK and my husiness partner from India? how will that work?

I have selected a place of business but not aigned any contract, because I am not sure how the visa system works out. Can someone guide me on this.

You cannot switch within the UK as a PBS dependant. You both need to apply from India.
