Re-take IELTS, TB Test, House Inspection

I'd like to know:

a) Is it necessary to re-take IELTS, TB Test or House Inspection if the application failed after waited for decision almost a year?

b) Is there any expiry of these documents?

If the documents have expired and the application was rejected then they can no longer be used for submitting a new application.

Care to share your circumstances?

The housing report must be within 28 days of application date. The tb test must be valid on the date of application. Ielts usually expires around 2 years time if I'm not mistaken. You might be Ok with the ielts check the expiry date on the certificate.
