Post by iqkhanuk » Mon Dec 25, 2017 9:15 am

Hi All

I have been granted ILR last year Dec 2016 via T1G route.

I am now looking to complete Form AN for BC.

My wife and kid got the ILR in Aug 2017.

Question is they are my dependent can we all submit the Form AN toghether in Jan 2018 for BC.

or I can submit it and they have to wait till Aug 2018.

Many thanks

You can apply for BC , but your wife and kid have to wait till they complete 12 months after their ILR.

Currently, your wife can only apply in Aug 2018 because you are not a British citizen yet. Once your application is approved & you have attended the ceremony, only then she will be able to apply on the basis of being married to a British citizen.

Your kid (if under 18) can apply with you now, you will need to fill in form AN for yourself & MN1 for him/her.
