I was thinking, if I got any chance to apply for indefinate leave on human right grounds
Because I came to this country when I was 13 year old now I am 29...
Marriage is fine..
This option just came to my mind last night........

Please let me know...
Although most of my stay before marriage was Illegal..

ILR is not issued on human rights grounds. The most you can apply for on human rights grounds is FLR(FP), which is a 10 year pathway (renewable every 2.5 years) to ILR.

Assuming that your wife has either exercised treaty rights or acquired PR for five continuous years after June 2013, you should be eligible for PR in June 2018 (fifth wedding anniversary).
